My practice is in the tradition of Swami Shivananda and encompasses the six limbs of Hatha, Kundalini, Jnana, Raja, Bhakti, and Karma Yoga. I'm a certified Yoga Teacher, Kundalini Meditation Trainer and hold attunement in Reiki 1. Additionally, I am currently immersed in my studies of astrology.

The classes range from predominantly slow, gentle sessions to occasionally dynamic sequences, ensuring a balance between the yin and yang energies.
